ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
  • Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS Academic with a minimum overall score of [Insert IELTS score] with no band less than [Insert individual band score], or TOEFL iBT with a minimum overall score of [Insert TOEFL score] with no section less than [Insert individual section score]).
  • Credential evaluation (e.g., by World Education Services – WES) for all international academic documents.

  • Up-to-date immunizations.

Licensure
