Program Overview:

Our Canada Trainee Program is a structured for duration 12-month and 18-month depending on the field of interest. It is an immersive experience that combines practical work assignments with targeted learning and development. Trainees will rotate through various departments, gaining exposure to different facets of specializations such as project management, engineering, operations, finance, marketing etc.

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. Ideal candidates will possess:

 

  • A degree qualifications in the field of practice  or recent graduate degree in relevant field, strong academic record, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a passion for sustainability/innovation].
  • Must have practice in his field for a minimum of three years
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
